Return Guidelines:
- All returns must be initiated through ReDo customer portal here. If returned items are sent to us before approval is given, the return will be denied. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Returns after 30 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only, if they meet the return requirements.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrances, makeup smudges, or damage.
- All original tags must be attached.
- If an item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Items from our Last Chance Sale Collection or marked “Final Sale”.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size, if in stock.
- If the desired size is unavailable, the item may be returned for store credit (if eligible under return guidelines).
How will I receive my Store Credit?
- Store credit is emailed within 3-5 business days after receiving and processing your return.
- Store credit reflects any discounts or taxes applied at the time of purchase.
- Store credit expires 1 year after issue and can be used at checkout.
